Responsibilities
Assist in managing kitchen operations, menu execution, and food quality.
Collaborate on systems that improve efficiency, cost control, and staff performance.
Learn key aspects of front-of-house operations, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting.
Serve as a leadership presence in the kitchen and a role model for the staff.
Support the owner in implementing long-term growth strategies.
Growth Path
This is a mentorship-to-leadership position. You will learn not just how to cook — but how to operate. In time, if you prove loyal, capable, and aligned with the restaurant’s philosophy, there may be consideration for future partnership or ownership opportunities.
Compensation
