Monitor Technician

Inspira Health is seeking a full-time

• Monitor Technician
• to join our Nursing Pool team for day-shift coverage in Vineland, NJ. In this role you will perform continuous monitoring of patient cardiac rhythms, maintain telemetry equipment, and support nursing staff to ensure timely patient care and safety. The pay for this position is $19.97 to $27.95 per hour.
• Responsibilities :
• Continuously observe and document patient cardiac rhythms, including mounting rhythm strips and checking memory at least every 2 hours
• Notify nursing staff immediately of life-threatening rhythms and within five minutes for non-life-threatening rhythms
• Maintain telemetry unit inventory, change batteries when needed, submit units for repair and record unit usage
• Communicate changes in telemetry orders, lead replacements, and assist with unit clerical tasks such as answering phones and transcribing orders
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dysrhythmia course completion required
• Previous monitor technician experience preferred
• Certified Telemetry Technician certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and demonstrate strong communication skills
