Responsibilities

• Serve as intake coordinator with members to provide accurate information on programs and policies, referring members as appropriate; collect and conduct quality assurance on documentation required; and problem solve member issues.
• Provide programmatic and administrative support to the Program Specialists in the Adult Education area.
• Schedule members for classes, liaise with instructors, and organize all logistical aspects of various Adult Education programs.
• Learn the functionalities of the Learner Management System to assist with tracking registration, generating lists of applicants and following up with students.
• Assist with program orientations, and the processing of assessment documentation and test results.
• Complete and submit required paperwork to the Department of Program Administration in a timely manner, ensuring that attendance and other instructional protocols are followed.
• Assist Program Specialists in monitoring and tracking program outcomes, attendance and other data using the internal tracking database.
• Provide quality customer service to members, as well as accurate and timely information about various programs, the department and the Fund.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
