Shift

Days, 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length

Weekend / On Call REQ? Rotating 4 hour shift on Saturday, 8AM - 12PM (only anticipates 1 or 2 of these for duration of assignment)

Requirements :

MN License

Minimum 2 years experience

Strong orthopedic outpatient experience

Chronic pain, and general medical conditions. Experience in vestibular, concussion management, and aquatic therapy a plus, but not required

BLS

Previous travel preferred
