This is a great opportunity to join BD's Clinical Services Group, integral to the initiatives of the Advanced Patient Monitoring Unit. The successful candidate should be ready to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. The Manager, Performance Partners will analyze facility and system specific outcome data to assist with the development of programs which integrate complex clinical practice strategies resulting in sustained improvement of patient care.

How You'll Make an Impact :

• Develop and manage data analysis strategies to support the implementation of Edwards Collaborative Practice programs at facility level.
• Provide data and operational process improvement expertise to internal and external customers, fostering critical conversations and driving adoption.
• Manage the effective data set necessary to develop key messages relevant to external customers.
• Educate and train customers on the effective utilization of facility and system-specific outcome data.
