What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service : Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.
• Process transactions accurately : Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell products and services : Educate members on TruMark's offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Resolve member issues : Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain operational excellence : Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized.
