As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. Whether rain or shine, your dedication to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment sets the stage for an outstanding shopping experience.

Job Description

What You'll Do :

• Providing Outstanding Service : Ensure that each customer (we call them guests) receives exceptional service in a friendly environment.
• Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere : Be friendly, courteous, and cooperative while effectively communicating with associates and customers.
• Upholding Standards : Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
• Cart Collection : Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions.
• Parcel Pickup : Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance customer convenience.
• Share and Solve : Share customer requests with management to enhance the shopping experience and feel empowered to resolve issues proactively as they arise.
• Support the Team : Other duties as assigned, including supporting superior customer service initiatives.
• Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
