Key Responsibilities
Lead and project-manage complex client engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with clients' strategic goals and maintain executive-level relationships
Collaborate with Sales on account renewals and expansions, while identifying risks and ensuring high standards of execution
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or engagement management from a Big 4 or equivalent background
Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships
Experience with enterprise accounts, demonstrating impact on retention and growth
Strong executive presence and comfort in leading senior-level conversations
Genuine passion for social impact and belief in technology's role in driving meaningful change
