Engineering Manager

We're partnering with a leading global engineering & consulting firm to hire an Engineering Manager to lead an MEP / Building Systems team out of their Dallas office. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own project delivery, mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and be the primary client-facing engineer on medium-to-large commercial and critical facilities projects.

Compensation

Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr – $180,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, including resource planning, performance feedback, and career development.
• Own technical delivery and quality control for multiple concurrent projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with codes and best practices.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and staffing; elevate and resolve risks and issues proactively.
• Promote and implement BIM / Revit workflows, clash detection, and coordination across disciplines.
• Participate in business development activities : proposal strategy, client meetings, and technical win themes.
