A leading West Coast healthcare system is hiring a Nurse Manager II to lead ICU services across multiple units. This high-impact leadership role ensures safe, patient-centered care in a dynamic 24 / 7 hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee ICU operations and care quality

Lead and support nursing staff across units

Manage workflows, staffing, and equipment resources

Drive performance and regulatory readiness

Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Support staff development and strategic goals

Requirements :

Active California RN license & BLS

BSN required

5+ years ICU experience in acute care facility

5+ years as Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager

4+ years of leadership experience

Preferred : Neuro ICU experience

Familiarity with union settings
