Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Coordinator to assist our e-commerce team with the daily execution of product listings, organization, and operational updates across multiple online sales channels. This is a hands-on role that focuses on keeping product data, listings, and assets accurate and organized. You won’t be involved in marketing or campaign planning — instead, you’ll focus on the “behind-the-scenes” work that keeps our e-commerce platforms running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and takes pride in keeping details precise and systems up to date.
What You'll Do :
- List new products across all channels : Shopify (Retail), Amazon, Faire, Target, TikTok Shop, and Wholesale.
- Maintain and upload accurate size charts and product details.
- Coordinate product images between our photographer and editor to ensure final assets are uploaded correctly.
- Organize product folders and files in shared drives and maintain an orderly system for all teams.
- Notify internal teams when new files, listings, or images are added to the drive.
- Generate and manage UPCs and FNSKUs for new and existing products.
- Handle other task assignments from the senior e-commerce team as needed (data entry, catalog updates, inventory checks, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify product listings and backend operations (Amazon experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency across multiple systems.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Excel / Sheets, and online catalog management tools.
- Familiarity with UPCs, FNSKUs, and product data entry.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions from multiple senior team members.
- Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software or similar e-commerce inventory tools is a plus.
