Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Concentrix, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and ensuring efficiency across production, quality, and supply chain processes. This position focuses on optimizing workflows, delivering on customer commitments, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across manufacturing, quality, and planning.

Ensure production schedules are met and customer orders are delivered on time.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, safety, quality, and cost management.

Partner with leadership teams and departments to align operations with company strategy and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and MS Office Suite, with experience in Lean or Six Sigma preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
