  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Oversee compliance with HCAI / OSHPD regulations and healthcare facility standards.

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

    • \n

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.

    • \n

  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.

    • \n

  • Provide leadership to the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

    • \n \n
