Family Law Attorney

Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor, a family law firm, with offices in Marietta, Atlanta, and Alpharetta, seeks an assertive attorney, eager to handle the multi-faceted areas of family law cases within the firm. Successful candidates will have at least TWO years of experience in family law. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm as an associate attorney. Requirements : Georgia State Bar License and a minimum of TWO Years Family Law Experience. Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate should bring : valuable courtroom experience and confident client rapport. Your experience should encompass child custody, child support, and all other divorce matters, as well as, paternity, grandparent's rights, adoption, drafting pre- and post-marital agreements, handling post-decree modification and orders of protection.
