Title : Engineering Technician and / or Technical Assembler Location : On-site in Oakland CA Job Role : Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to provided work instructions Fastening parts utilizing a variety of tools and techniques Executing basic test protocols Help identify necessary updates to assembly procedures Keep a clean and organized workplace Inspect others' work for quality purposes Support other tasks when needed (Logistics, Material, Prototype, etc.) Reports safety issues to supervisor Qualifications : Attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in mechanical assembly Understands how to handle static-sensitive electrical components Strong understanding of basic hand and power tools Understanding of standard PPE practices Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Ability to ascend and descend multiple-step ladders frequently Automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly experience preferred
