As a Dental Associate at Tend, you will provide top-notch clinical care in a modern, well-equipped studio. You'll have a fully booked schedule and support from an experienced clinical and operational team from your very first day. Your Responsibilities :
Provide a comprehensive range of high-quality clinical services including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, clear aligners, and various cosmetic procedures utilizing our state-of-the-art digital workflows.Conduct thorough examinations, create detailed treatment plans, and educate patients on the best oral health practices.Manage multiple treatment rooms efficiently while balancing hygiene checks and emergency visits.Drive production by identifying and executing full treatment plans while maximizing chair time.Mentor and guide dental assistants, working closely with hygienists to ensure exceptional patient care.Collaborate with studio managers to reach production goals and enhance studio workflow.Engage in continuous professional development through various opportunities including mentorship and ongoing education.Who You Are :

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Active dental license in the applicable state.Current CPR / BLS certification and DEA registration.At least 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or a similar setting.Comfort and proficiency with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows.Invisalign certification.Availability for a full-time schedule, including 4 days per week and 2 Saturdays each month.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform clinical procedures while sitting or standing for extended periods.Manual dexterity for handling dental instruments with precision.Good vision to read charts and operate clinical equipment.Capability to perform ergonomic positioning and lift equipment up to 25 pounds.Effective communication skills with patients and team members.We believe taking care of our team members is essential to taking care of our patients.
