Job descriptionPrepare batter for chicken and seafood, fries, and any other fried products Monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products Turn and pull product past holding time Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line Ability to cook and maintain stock of cooked products according to the drop charts Follow all brand standards and food safety regulations Monitor and correct the cleanliness of the cook station throughout your shift Detail and clean the cooks station every night before you leave your shift, this includes cook station dishes Friendly and outgoing personality Cook experience in deep frying chicken and other proteins Knowledge of boil outs and filtering fryers every shift Ability to work a flexible schedule and availability on weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiar with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment Experience with addressing customer complaints Problem-solving and conflict management abilities A willingness to learn and to grow with the company
