Warmly greet and welcome all customers arriving at the service center.

Assist customers in understanding the services recommended by technicians.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service reception area.

Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.

Provide clear and concise information regarding service status and estimated completion times.

Maintain a clean and organized service waiting area for customer comfort.

Address customer concerns with empathy and work towards swift resolutions.

Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Basic computer proficiency.

A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
