This job announcement is for the position of Bar Manager at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2839 at 620 N. Chestnut, North Platte, Nebraska 69101. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to : Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of several bar staff and Custodian. Payroll and daily financial deposits. Distributes daily bartender cash boxes. Collects daily revenue from bar, gaming machines, etc. Stocks ATM. Weekly financial reports (verbal and written). Inventory / ordering of all applicable bar items, liquor, snacks, kitchen food, paper products, and operational items. Attend Trust Meetings. Renting out of banquet room and assist with overseeing all club events. Responsible for monthly events calendar and distribution to club members. Monthly inventory. On call to cover shifts as needed. Prefer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks. Maintains accurate accounting records of all weekly income and expenses and reports to Board of Trustees weekly.
