Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Compensation : $30,000

Responsibilities :

• Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
• Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
• Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
• Schedule appointments with prospective new clients and meet with them to complete the required paperwork. Manage DocuSign paperwork
• Work with the marketing team to assist in managing, maintaining, and updating marketing data
• Set up personal injury claims, order police reports, and submit Open Records Requests and LORs
• Back up the receptionist when needed
