Responsibilities

• Excellent work-life balance with 7-on / 7-off block schedule, 12-hour day shifts
• Closed ICU with no procedures required, EM team handles most codes
• Manageable average census of 15 patients per day with 3 triage / admit teams
• Collaborative environment with dedicated nocturnists and NP support
