As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a dynamic retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will monitor access, assist with inquiries, and uphold our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity while delivering a caring experience to everyone who enters the premises.

What You'll Do :

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Assist with visitor management, including sign-in procedures and providing information or directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and / or local authorities when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and / or concerns from visitors and employees.
• Follow emergency response procedures as outlined in site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
