• Bachelor's degree (operations or business administration preferred)
• Experience managing a team of 30-50+
• 2-4 years' experience in a management level position (production, operations, etc.)

Job Description :

A fortune 100 retail company is seeking an Operations manager to join their team supporting their distribution center in Goddard, KS. This resource will be responsible for the daily operations of a 500,000 square foot facility including the shipping and receiving, productivity, attendance, and resources throughout the plant. This resource will also be responsible for over 100 resources including operations, managers, and union associates.
