What You’ll Do
- First-assist in orthopedic surgeries
- Conduct exams, consultations, and follow-ups
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care
- Develop treatment plans alongside supervising surgeons
- Educate patients throughout their recovery journey
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation
