This role involves advanced machine operation, set-up and troubleshooting to address complex machine issues, improve performance, and meet strict quality standards. The Operator also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements and ensuring smooth operations.

Run assigned mechanical equipmentEnsure that items produced pass quality control requirementsPerform moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustmentsRead and interpret blueprints if applicableUse moderately advanced measuring instrumentsComplete all necessary documents fully and accuratelyAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedSkills / Competencies
