About the job
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality and consistency of color across all fabrics, trims, artwork, and accessories—from initial lab dips through to bulk production. You'll maintain strong partnerships with fabric mills and overseas agents to support accurate and timely approvals, and serve as a key liaison between our production, design, and merchandising teams. This role plays a critical part in supporting seasonal development, optimizing color processes, and delivering tools that influence creative direction and production execution.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills,, education, and geographic location.
