Automation & Systems Manager

Role Overview

The Automation & Systems Manager will play a key role in executing and maintaining the companys technology and automation roadmap. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, this role blends hands-on systems work with structured coordinationensuring our internal tools, automations, and platforms operate efficiently and continue to evolve with the business.

In some cases, this person will own projects end-to-end (from build to rollout and QA); in others, they will collaborate directly with leadership and external developers on larger strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, technically fluent, and comfortable moving between building, testing, and coordinating to keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Systems Ownership

• Build, test, and maintain HubSpot workflows, Zapier automations, and related integrations across business systems.
• Support and optimize integrations between HubSpot, Qwilr, Google Workspace, and other internal tools.
• Document and streamline internal processes to make automations scalable, resilient, and easy to maintain.
• Monitor performance of key systems and troubleshoot or enhance automations as needed.

Project Coordination & Execution

Maintain clear documentation and communication between internal stakeholders, developers, and designers.

Quality Assurance

Vendor & Team Collaboration

Upcoming Strategic Projects

Qualifications

Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (workflows, pipelines, reports).

Compensation

Base Salary : $50,000$75,000 (depending on experience)
