Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for an IT Regional Manager US . This is a full-time role in the New York NY and requires five days a week on-site. The IT Regional Manager exists to oversee IT operations staff service quality and technology support across multiple US offices ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and IT service best practices
• Advanced experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Ability to produce analyze and act on service desk reports and metrics
• Deep expertise in OS installation and configuration
• Strong understanding of remote access technologies (Citrix VPN)
• Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies (iOS)
• Knowledge of networking technologies cabling topologies and related systems
• Bachelors degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
• 10 years of management or supervisory experience
• 10 years supporting end users across software hardware and networking environments
• 10 years of LAN / WAN and network systems support
• 10 years configuring installing and maintaining client PC operating systems
• Professional services or law firm experience preferred

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $150000-$200000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
