Key Responsibilities

Manage software licenses for major publishers and perform compliance audits

Define and document Software Asset Management processes and create process diagrams

Collaborate with various teams to optimize software usage and conduct performance reviews

Required Qualifications

Several years of experience with Software Asset Management and ServiceNow SAM Pro

Experience in license reporting and analysis, including Effective License Position (ELP)

Familiarity with publisher license models such as Microsoft and Adobe

Advanced skills in process documentation and Microsoft Visio

Experience in cost optimization and compliance governance
