This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and skilled provider who desires a healthy work-life balance a supportive administrative team and the chance to impact maternal and reproductive healthcare in a family-friendly Midwestern community.Job Description : As an OB / GYN Physician at Mary Rutan Hospital you will : Work a 4-day clinical schedule with 1 administrative day can be done from homeDesired Start Date : July / August 2026Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic carePerform surgical procedures including cesarean sections and gynecologic surgeriesAttend deliveries average one per day approx. 360 births / yearParticipate in a 1 : 4 call rotation weekday and weekendTravel between multiple clinic locations as neededUse Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation and patient managementCollaborate with other physicians APPs nursing staff and ancillary servicesContribute to maintaining a safe efficient and patient-centered environmentMust report to hospital within 30 minutes when on call.
