Do you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a personal training manager. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the fitness industry as well as some prior experience managing people. You should also have a strong background in personal training, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. $20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a record of each client's progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed
• Ensure the training program stays within budget by supervising and managing all associated financial aspects
• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
• Work together with all departments to ensure that every client has a positive and memorable experience
• Make sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocols set by the fitness center
