What we do :

The Staff Accountant - Operational Accounting plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of Supernal LLC. This position is responsible for assisting with accounts payable processing, fixed asset accounting, lease accounting under IFRS 16, and payroll-related journal entries. The Staff Accountant ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly supported, and compliant with company policies and IFRS requirements. The role collaborates closely with the Senior Accountant - Operational Accounting, the Accounting Manager, and cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure timely and efficient financial operations in a dynamic R&D environment.

What you can do :

Accounts Payable & Expense Accounting

• Assist in daily accounts payable processing and invoice validation in SAP S / 4HANA
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly
• Support vendor statement reconciliations and prepare AP related journal entries and accruals
• Help review employee expense reports and credit card transactions to ensure compliance with company policy
• Support generating daily and internally requested AP reports

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is :

$85,000-$103,000 USD
