Program Security Administrator

Job Description

Your job as a Program Security Administrator will entail working to assist individuals with all onboarding activities and answering any questions they might have about the process.

You will be required to be onboarded to a federal contract and agree to a federal background investigation to perform this work.

You will work independently, but also work as part of a larger processing team to maximize the number of people moving through the onboarding process.

This is a high-energy, high-visibility team and you must be comfortable adapting to change.

Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors / omissions corrected. Relationship management skills are crucial, as are strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and clients.

Basic Qualification :

Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience

3-5 years relevant work experience

Favorable adjudication of a Public Trust Background Investigation or alternate US Government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to client contractual requirements, this position requires you to be a US citizen

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include assisting personnel with :

• All paperwork and associated process management to onboard and sustain personnel to support a federal contract with Public Trust requirements
• Contractually required trainings
• Fingerprinting scheduling and tracking

US : Hiring Range in USD from $21.97 to $42.88 per hour; from : $45,700 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
