Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,940 per week in Farmington, ME

Start Date : ASAP Contract Length : Flexible Setting : Outpatient Schedule : 40 hours (We mostly have 4- 10 hour shifts, leaving one day off). Guaranteed Hours : 40 Cancellation Notice : 30 EMR System : Prompt Productivity Expectations : We have 40 minute appointments. PT staff are responsible for treating patients for at least 38 minutes and have 2 minutes for documentation / charting time.
