ESC has an exciting opportunity for multiple Marketplace Specialists to support our premier ecommerce client's growing marketplace operations. The Marketplace Specialist assists with core functions in operating, maintaining and growing an e-commerce marketplace, including reviewing product content, seller onboarding and support, and troubleshooting. The role is temporary to start, working hybrid (onsite M-R) in Menomonee Falls, WI.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
SELLER SUPPORT
- Help manage the company's marketplace platform (Mirakl) for resolving errors, accepting items, and product upload errors
- Act as the gatekeeper for potential products to be sold on the ecommerce site.
