Key Responsibilities
Own the conversion funnel by analyzing site performance and improving the customer journey
Drive subscriber acquisition through optimized conversion funnels and landing pages
Lead CRO strategy by developing and executing A / B tests on critical user journeys
Required Qualifications
10+ years in product management, growth, or CRO-focused roles in ecommerce or DTC
Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, funnel performance)
Experience with testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.)
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable site performance gains
(Bonus) Experience in CPG, subscription commerce, or regulated product categories
