Job descriptionPerform on-site commissioning, startup, and debug of automated systems. Troubleshoot control systems during build, launch, and production support phases. Provide periodic off-shift or weekend support depending on project needs. Develop and modify HMI screens using AB PanelView, Weintek, and C-more interfaces. Program, integrate, and troubleshoot robots—primarily Fanuc and Yaskawa, with exposure to ABB and Kuka as needed. Integrate and support : Vision systems (Keyence, Sick) RFID systems Safety devices (area scanners, light curtains, safety controllers) I / O Link devices Create electrical and controls documentation (schematics, layouts, IO lists, etc.). Provide support to maintenance, operations, and cross-functional engineering teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. 3–7 years of experience as a PLC, Controls, or Automation Engineer. Demonstrated proficiency in Allen-Bradley RSLogix / Studio 5000 Experience with at least one of the following : Siemens (TIA Portal), Omron, Mitsubishi Hands-on experience with controls commissioning , startup, and debug. Experience programming or integrating industrial robots (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, or Kuka). Working knowledge of vision systems safety devices , and industrial networking. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to provide off-shift support when required.

PLC Programming & Code Development
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC code—primarily Allen-Bradley (AB), with increasing work on Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi platforms.
- Create, update, and document control logic for new equipment and system upgrades.
