Local HVAC company looking for an HVAC Installation Manager .

Ideal applicant will have field experience with residential & light commercial installations, managing / supervising installers, and training & mentoring.

Compensation : $80,000 per year, Salary + bonuses

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Full-time

Primary Job Function : To supervise the daily installation operations for new and replacement systems, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews. Quality controls on all new installs and to monitor the install crews to ensure the install is being done correctly and neatly. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Assist in the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of company's purchasing policy. Supervise the company's installation crew and help to ensure the profitability of installation jobs through efficiencies and doing it right.

Required Qualifications :
