Accounting Assistant Opportunity

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team in Covington, Kentucky. Responsibilities :

• Record and upload customer invoices and vendor expenses with precision.
• Manage vendor payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Enter daily cash receipts and assist in maintaining accounts receivable records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including tracking internal expenses and compiling monthly summaries.
• Handle daily customer service calls and address inquiries related to pricing and invoicing.
• Assist with annual audits by organizing and providing necessary documentation.
• Complete and review employee expense reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Record deposits and maintain up-to-date financial records for the organization.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all accounting tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
