Clinical Social Worker, Outpatient Cerebral Palsy, Boston

Position Summary / Department Summary :

We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient social work position (40 hours) to provide a range of clinical social work services to children, adolescents, and families in our Orthopedics / Cerebral Palsy Program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Psychosocial screening and assessment; ongoing work with families facing chronic illness and facilitation of complex care needs
• Provision of resource information and referral and psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
• Opportunities also for program development in collaboration with multidisciplinary team and other social worker on the service.
