We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, and partner with professionals in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, and Dietary services. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in Springfield, MO. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and providing occupational therapy services to children and their caregivers. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist will also be required to maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on pediatrics
• Experience in Sensory Integration and early intervention techniques
• Proficiency in working with children and understanding their developmental needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• State licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in a similar pediatric setting is a plus
