Healthcare Analytics Senior Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics - SQL / Power BI - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data to evaluate network utilization and cost containment

Develop and distribute ad-hoc and standard reports using SQL and other reporting tools, ensuring timely project completion

Analyze data trends and anomalies, providing executive summaries and recommendations for improvements based on findings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science

5-7 years of experience in database and data management responsibilities

5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics

Basic knowledge of SQL

Preferred experience in Medical Economics and familiarity with performance indicators
