The Opportunity

As a Primary Care Provider , you'll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients - emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You'll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes , patient satisfaction , and work-life balance .

What You'll Do :

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
• Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
• Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
