Administrative Assistant – Property Management
A well-established property management company in the Hartford area is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role is open to someone who can assist on a short-term basis — but ideally, looking for a long-term fit.
Property management experience is highly preferred, or at minimum familiarity with industry terminology and workflows.
Offering qualified candidates $20-25 per hour depending on experience!
Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Processing invoices and assisting with billing support
- Creating proposals and presentations (PowerPoint or Publisher)
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Provide support to the Property Management team in the role of Assistant Property Manager.
- General administrative support to management
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a property management environment
- Familiarity with property management terminology
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
