Job descriptionCurrently enrolled in or completion of a technical school program or associate degree in HVAC 6 months + hands-on HVAC experience (internships, apprenticeships, or part-time work acceptable) preferred Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and clean and insurable driving record

We’re looking for a hardworking, motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational HVAC training who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and ductwork
- Perform routine inspections on equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic HVAC issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Engage with customers / clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes
