About the Role :
As an Occupational Therapist , you’ll provide personalized therapy in a home setting , helping patients regain independence in daily living activities through customized treatment plans and adaptive strategies .

Qualifications :
Valid State License as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 1 Year of Experience in home health or acute care
CPR Certification (Required)
Understanding of Medicare home health regulations & documentation
