he Logistics Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for out-of-state retail logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate courier services for pharmacy deliveries. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage courier relationships, resolve delivery issues, and support pharmacy operations in alignment with McKesson’s Shared Principles (I2CARE & ILEAD).

Shift : Monday - Friday 9 - 5 : 30

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer & Courier Coordination

Serve as the primary contact for customer logistics issues related to out-of-state retail deliveries.

Oversee relationships with FedEx, UPS, and other courier partners.

Work independently to creatively solve logistics challenges and develop timely solutions.

Complete monthly invoicing and SLA reports, including on-time delivery metrics.

Communicate operational concerns with peers and supervisors to support resolution.

Assist customer in monitoring shipping supply inventory and report shortages.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
