The Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead our expansion into Emergency Management and Fire / EMS markets. You'll guide a specialized team of AEs focused on this emerging business line and help define how Peregrine brings data-driven decision-making to agencies responsible for public safety, disaster response, and community resilience.

This role will lead the charge in building pipeline, launching new GTM initiatives, and equipping our field teams with the support they need to close complex deals. You will help shape strategy and scale impact in a vertical that's primed for transformation.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of Strategic AEs selling into Emergency Management and Fire / EMS agencies nationwide
• Drive GTM strategy, vertical-specific messaging, and pipeline creation in an emerging business segment
• Serve as a player-coachsupporting reps with technical sales, procurement, and executive alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor demos, value propositions, and onboarding for this vertical
• Identify and support participation in key events, association partnerships, and field marketing opportunities
• Build forecasting rigor, reporting structure, and hiring plans to support future growth

About You

What We Look For

Salary Range : $150,000 - $190,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable).
