As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and conduct routine patrols throughout a government location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail help create a secure environment for those on site. You will interact with visitors and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and strong communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as directed.Maintain a visible presence and help to deter unauthorized activities by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding property.Respond calmly and with a problem-solving mindset to incidents and critical situations that may arise.Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols, maintaining communication with Allied Universal and site management.Remain alert to potential security-related risks within the government location and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.What We're Looking For :
