What You'll Be Doing :

Drive a range of technology initiatives while leading a talented team of developers specialized in distributed microservices and full stack systems, aiming to develop solutions that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new tech trends, contributing to technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Work in partnership with digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of individuals in their financial journeys.

Utilize a diverse set of programming languages and technologies including JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, along with open-source databases, container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes), and various AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience (excluding internships).

At least 1 year of experience working with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

7+ years of experience in one or more programming languages : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

3+ years of experience utilizing cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc.).

4+ years of experience in working with open source frameworks.

1+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role.

2+ years of involvement in Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role is $193,400 - $220,700, with the actual offer depending on various factors and will be detailed in your offer letter. This position may also offer performance-based incentives.
